Mallory Sofianos

Mallory is the Office Manager at INQ Consulting overseeing all functions related to the business side of the firm.
Mallory is responsible for the INQ Consulting’s billing operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, banking and communications with clients. She manages suppliers, facilities and technology, while building strong vendor relationships. She is also accountable for all facets of human resource management, developing processes to coordinate and implement company policies. Mallory also manages employment compliance, employee relations, staffing and training on an ongoing basis.
Prior to joining INQ Consulting, Mallory worked with the National Precedents team at a large Toronto law firm and was responsible for production and smart document development, advanced document processing of the firm’s precedents, as well as leading document input and coding in knowledge management systems.
