Dr. James Stewart is CEO of TrojAI, which provides risk management and security protections for AI/ML/LMM systems. Prior to this role, James held the position of SVP of Video Analytics at Patriot One Technologies (TSX:XTRA), a Canadian AI company that acquired his video analytics company, EhEye. James brings a necessary blend of deep learning and cybersecurity experience having held positions as Lead Data Scientist with Raytheon Cyber, Research and Development Manager with the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity, and Senior Network Intelligence Analyst with Bell. Notably, James also pioneered intelligence-led policing with the Saint John Police Force as their first ever crime analyst where he developed advanced analytical techniques for crime reduction, in addition to his 20-year commitment as an auxiliary police constable. James received his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of New Brunswick and currently serves as an international expert representing Canada for ISO/IEC SC 42 (AI).
