He partners with global organizations to design, build, and mature enterprise privacy programs—advising product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to deliver pragmatic, business-centric privacy solutions. His expertise spans privacy program transformation, control optimization, and end-to-end risk management (PIAs, DPIAs), translating complex regulations—PIPEDA, the Privacy Act, GDPR, and CCPA—into scalable, operational frameworks. A Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), and a Privacy Manager (CIPM), he also holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, bringing a business-aligned, value-driven approach to every engagement.

Before INQ, Rajat was part of Deloitte Canada, advising federal and provincial governments, Crown corporations, post-secondary institutions, healthcare organizations, and private enterprises on complex, large-scale privacy transformations and regulatory challenges.
